Sled will handle video and film cameras from 13-38 lbs. Base has a three NP-1 style battery system that delivery 12 volts to the base and switchable 12/24 volts to the head for both video and film cameras The no-tools telescoping base has 3 pin lemo for 12 volt to CRT or LCD. BNC Video out, 4-pin Hirose for pwr/vid and a 8-pin Lemo for the optional smart monitor. Head assembly back panel has 3-pin Lemo with switchable 12/24 volt power, BNC video in, 2 pin Lemo with 12 volt out, front panel has 2-pin Lemo with 12 volt out and two 4-pin Hirose with vid/pwr out. The no-tools gimbal is the top of the line with 4 bearings at the yoke to handle connection, 2 bearings on each side of the yoke and 2 central rotation bearings to double the thrust capacity and create less than a .0002 deflection in rotation. All gimbal parts are machined with .0005 and are hardcoat black. Nice foam covered handle, that can be easily be replaced. The head has the drop in style dovetail for quick front to back balance. Fine tune custom knobs control front to back and side to side fine adjustments.

Both the head and base assembly can be quickly removed with the 90 degree rotation quick release connectors. Wire assembly has quick disconnects inside. The monitor mounting assembly can be rotated for low mode with no-tools adjustment. The whole sled is machined to match the Gold Series arm and is black anodize or hardcoat. Gold Series sled is available with the Glidecam Eclipse 5.5 green screen CRT, or attach any CRT or monitor.
